Being channel agnostic a thorough review of the market was conducted to select the right network. Once AWIN was selected as the best partner fit, an in-depth publisher analysis was conducted to find audiences that would work well for Comvita.

A focus on reporting and analysis helped us understand which partnerships had the potential to grow further. This led to the development of a growth testing strategy, and a flexible approach to adapting campaigns to find the sweet spot of what worked for the brand.
Various promotional strategies and be-spoke incentives were also implemented to consistently optimise performance.

Affiliate partnerships drove one of the strongest conversion rates across the channel mix at 8% and delivered month on month growth of 5%
